Community Guidelines

Our community is built on respect, professionalism and a shared passion for learning. These guidelines apply to everyone on the OneLMS platform, including the clazz.lk marketplace and the teacher and institute school sites.

Be Respectful

Treat educators, students and staff courteously. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination and abuse are not tolerated.

Protect Minors

Many of our students are children. Keep all interactions appropriate and within the structured learning environment, and never seek private off-platform contact with a minor.

Be Kind in Live Classes

Keep comments and chat on topic. Do not post other people's phone numbers, photos or private details. Do not record or share a live class unless the teacher says you may.

Keep It Honest

Do not impersonate others, spread misinformation, or misuse the platform's messaging and review features.

Speak Up

If something is not right, tell us with the Report Content form. Reports about a child's safety are looked at first. Our Report Content Policy explains what happens next.

Enforcement

Breaches may lead to content removal or account suspension under our Acceptable Use Policy.
